ArrLink

Privacy Policy • Last Updated: June 4, 2026

This privacy policy outlines the information practices for the ArrLink browser extension.

Short Version: We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, browsing history, or configuration settings. Everything runs entirely locally in your browser.

1. Data Collection

ArrLink does not collect any personal identifier information, tracking statistics, or usage analytical data. It does not use any cookies, external web beacons, or third-party tracking scripts.

2. Local Configuration & Settings

To operate, the extension stores your custom Radarr and Sonarr instance URLs and ports. This configuration data is stored locally in your browser's secure profile storage using the standard Chrome Extension Storage API (chrome.storage.sync).

This data is never sent to us or any external third parties. If you have browser sync enabled, Google may sync these settings securely across your logged-in devices.

3. Permission Usage

To perform its functions, ArrLink requires the following permissions:

4. Data Redirection

When you click the "Add to Radarr" or "Add to Sonarr" buttons, the extension initiates a link opening to your configured local server address (e.g. http://localhost:7878 or http://localhost:8989) and appends the search term. This communication happens directly between your browser and your local/remote server. No third-party servers are involved.

5. Changes to This Policy

Any updates to this policy will be posted on this page. As the extension runs completely local to your browser, policy changes will generally only occur if new browser integration features are introduced.
